  • How did Sonopedics form;
    Sonopedics was created out of our love for Musculoskeletal Ultrasound, which is an excellent diagnostic tool in the hands of an experienced operator. In addition, in South Eastern Europe there is no possibility for regular, rich and structured practical training in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound, which makes training possible only in foreign countries or at annual conferences. Having gone through the beginner stage and having had a hard time developing and improving our skills, we decided to share this love for Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and to provide the practical training that we would love to have at our beginning.
  • Why to choose Sonopedics?
    Because we know the concerns and training requirements in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and we understand the medical and healthcare professionals who seek training in the field of ultrasound. Our extended experience and love for Ultrasound allow us to adapt the training to the background and needs of clinicians. Additionally, we discuss with participants the clinical relevance of the illustrated structures, enhancing the practical value of the ultrasound use.
  • I have no prior knowledge to ultrasound. Can I still book one of your courses?
    No prior knowledge is required on operating and/or practicing diagnostic ultrasound. Our MSK ultrasound courses are tailored to specifically meet the needs of medical and healthcare professionals looking to develop their clinical skills utilising diagnostic ultrasound.
  • Do I need a license to practice ultrasound?
    Please note that, like all similar courses worldwide, SonoPedics courses provide practical knowledge but does not award a certificate of competency. You shall enquire with your relevant professional/regulatory body to obtain the license in order to legally perform diagnostic ultrasound in clinical settings.
  • What is the cost of the courses and venue?
    Sonopedics focuses on the suitability of the training venue to meet the highest standards in logistics infrastructure. The course fees are based on the educational level, the course location and the course duration. The course fees are announced along with the announcement of each course. Regarding the bespoke / on-site training, Sonopedics will formulate an offer according to the needs of the clinicians or department.
  • I have booked onto a course but now I can't attend
    Due to the small teaching groups, we have a strict policy on the number of participants that can attend a course as we want the training experience to have one-to-one environment feel. Requests to cancel a confirmed place MUST be emailed to info@sonopedics.com - Less than 28 days notice = no refund - Over 29 days notice = 50% refund Places are non-transferable in case of cancellation. Days count include weekdays, weekend, bank holidays.
  • Is E-learning available?
    E-learning will be provided soon in an asynchronous way, on our dedicated platform with teaching material and assessment tests on the acquired knowledge. Click on the E-Learning section for more information.
